VOC

Volatile Organic Compounds, or VOCs, are known by the American Lung Association to be gases emitted into the air from products or processes. For example, some products that may have VOCs include cleaning products, varnishes, dry cleaning agents, solvents and fuels. 

VOC testing is sometimes requested during commercial real estate transactions, when a new home has an odor or when new materials or cleaning solvents are being used. RESA has the ability to do 2 levels of Volatile Organic Compound detection: VOC screening and VOC testing.
