It’s true that Arizona has a primarily dry climate, but our homes are not immune to water damage and the need to do water testing in some circumstances. Homes in the desert are still susceptible to appliance malfunctions, plumbing leaks/failures, indoor humidity issues, and roof leaks after monsoons.  All of these can cause mold growth.
